About Us

COLONY POINT built 1979-1981, is an adult (55+) gated, condominium community located in the heart of the City of Pembroke Pines.  Its six 5-story residential buildings comprised of 110 units each and community club house have been built on 37 acres of prime, tree-laden real estate and are surrounded on three sides by connecting lakes.  Our management company offices are located in the club house for convenient access by our residents and our recreational amenities include a fitness room, multipurpose room, billiard room, theatre, ceramics and crafts room, two card rooms, two Jacuzzi, two saunas, an over-sized outdoor, heated pool, three tennis courts, two racquetball and two shuffleboard courts.   

Movies are shown most Saturday nights in our beautiful theater.  A jogging/walk path is laced along the perimeter of the lake.  With our finely manicured lawns, seasonal flowers, plants, shrubs and trees, we enjoy the reputation of being one of this area's most aesthetically attractive condominium communities. As an added amenity for our residents, we operate a bus which runs 3 days a week and transports residents to nearly markets/shops and shopping malls.  A major hospital is located ½ mile from the complex and major highways are within minutes of the property.  Rentals are not permitted.
